WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Stellantis Group Claims & Returns
Items over £15.00, in a saleable condition, which are no longer required can be returned within 25 days subject to a 15% handling charge. ID Parts including keys, locks and painted parts are non-returnable. Damaged and short-shipped items are returnable within 24 hours of invoicing at no cost - all claims and evidence must be e-mailed to partshubadmin@barrettsgroup.com.
Fiat Clams & Returns
Items over £50.00, in a saleable condition, which are no longer required can be returned within 5 days subject to a 20% handling charge. ID Parts including keys, locks and painted parts are non-returnable. Damaged and short-shipped items are returnable at no cost before 1pm on the day of delivery with proof of damage - all claims and evidence must be e-mailed to partshubadmin@barrettsgroup.com.
Honda Claims & Returns
Items over £22.00, in a saleable condition, which are no longer required can be returned within 8 days subject to a 25% handling charge. ID Parts including keys, locks and painted parts are non-returnable. Damaged and short-shipped items are returnable at no cost before 12pm on the day of delivery with proof of damage - all claims and evidence must be e-mailed to partshubadmin@barrettsgroup.com.
BMW Ashford and Canterbury
Items over £10.00, in a saleable condition, which are no longer required can be returned within 14 days subject to a 0% handling charge. Items over £10.00 and up to 2 months can be returned with a handling charge of 5-30% (BMW apply charge) any coded or back ordered parts and parts from Germany are non-returnable, . Jaguar and Land Rover
Specially ordered parts can be returned within 14 days providing the part is in the original packaging and over £30 per part line between 15 and 30 days. A part can be returned as an "order entry error " providing the part is over £30 and again in its original packaging. The order entry error parts are subject to a £30 per line handlining charge.
All surcharge parts carry a 6-month refundable surcharge providing the displaced old unit (drained of oil where applicable)
